Security Deposit

The Client is required to pay a Security Deposit of US$ 2,500.00. The security deposit shall be held as a cash amount or via a credit card authorisation form as security for any loss or damage occasioned by the Client or their guests, and for miscellaneous charges that remain outstanding after departure; subject to it being established that there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before Summer arrivals, 60 days before Winter, or 90 days before Peak, only the balance (not the deposit) is refundable. Cancellations within these periods are fully non-refundable.

Christmas and New Year Pricing Information

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay. However, shorter stays will be considered.
